I would use a little less lemon then called for. So half a lemon instead of a full one because mine ended up a little too sour but it still good

Very yummy and love the lemon flavor. I used rice noodles to pair with it. Very tasty.

Make this to go with our steaks. I had to cut back on the red pepper flakes. It added too much of a kick with the original amount, but using less makes it more tolerable for those who want a bit of kick but not as much. Cut back a little on the lemon slices too. But it's become our favorite way to make shrimp!

It was very simple to make and tasted quite good! However, I would add a little less lemon to it (or perhaps my lemons were just fairly large). I would also add a little more garlic (then again, maybe my garlic cloves were simply smaller than average.

I've just preapared this recipe for lunch, I followed the recipe exactly except for a scrunch of tumeric and and pepper, fited perfectly with a small bowl of rice.

Love this recipe but instead of red peppers I use a hint of cajan spice. Not quite as hot but a little zip

took longer then 5 minutes to prep but we don't know how long this will take but i have a phd so it doesn't matter.

Soba Noodles with Spicy Garlic Shrimp

lime juice (about 2 limes)

chili sauce (more if desired, Sriracha)

black pepper (as needed to season shrimp)

brown mushrooms (thinly sliced fresh, for garnish)

carrots (shredded)

purple cabbage (thinly shredded)

sugar snap peas (cut

cilantro (for garnish)

lime (for garnish)

Heat a large pot of water to boiling on high.

Meanwhile, mix all the Sauce ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl. Transfer to a small saucepan, boil until thickened, stirring as needed. About 1 minute. Turn off the heat and set aside. Add more honey or chili sauce if desired.

Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add olive oil, garlic, ginger, and red chili flakes. When the ingredients begin to gently sizzle, cook, stirring as needed for 3 minutes to infuse the flavors into the oil, turn off the heat. Do not brown the garlic!

Dry the shrimp with paper towel, season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Turn the heat up to medium and add the shrimp to the infused oil. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate. Turn off the heat, reserve pan.

Add noodles to the pot of boiling water, cook for 4 minutes, or as suggested by the manufacturer. Drain with a colander and keep warm.

Turn heat to up to medium-high on the reserved pan. Add mushrooms and carrots, saute for 2 minutes. Add cabbage and peas, saute for an additional 2 minutes.

Turn off the heat and add cooked noodles and shrimp to the pan. Gradually add enough sauce to coat the ingredients, stirring gently to combine.

Divide dish into 4 servings, top with cilantro and serve with a lime slice.

Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste.

Melt butter in a large skillet over high heat.

Add the Chunky Garlic Paste and allow to saute for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the Red Pepper Paste and stir to combine. Immediately add the shrimp and stir to coat in the garlic/red pepper.

Allow the shrimp to cook 2 minutes per side, or until almost cooked through.

Add the lemon juice and white wine and cook on high for 30 seconds.

Add the heavy cream, parmesan, and parsley and stir to combine. Allow to cook for 1 minute and then remove from the heat.

Serve garnished with lemon wedges or serve over pasta for a full meal.

4 Minutes Spicy Garlic Shrimp

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp honey

tbsp chili oil

tsp black pepper

tbsp shaoxing wine, rice wine

green onion, chopped

shallot onion

lemon or lime wedge

Mix oyster sauce, honey, chili oil with chili flakes and black pepper in a small mixing bowl, set aside.

Heat a large skillet over high heat, add butter and let it melt and bubble. Add garlic and sauce the garlic until the edges are light golden about 1 minute. 

Add shrimp and combine with garlic quickly. Pour wine and deglaze the skillet. Pour the sauce mixture and mix everything well and turn off the heat. The cooking time for shrimp should not more than 2 minutes.  

Toss in chopped green onion, chili and cilantro. garnish with fried shallot and serve with lemon or lime wedges. Enjoy!

I made your recipe the other night. Oh my it was so good I decided to make it again but shrimp were to expensive $27.00 for a  2lb bag. So I made it with chicken tenders. Wow! It was just as good. I've made several of your recipes and they never disappoint . Keep posting!

So good every single time! If you don't have shrimp you can substitute different meats and/or veggies! I used zucchini in one of batches and I really enjoyed. If she had a cook book I would buy it in a heart beat! No lie! I hope she comes out with a cooking book soon!

Holy cow this was so good!!! Definitely lives up to the name, this was very spicy and very garlicky. This was so easy and delicious to make on a weeknight. Just popped some rice in the rice cooker for a side and we were good to go.
