greens (baby spinach, destemmed kale, collards, chard, etc.)

unsweetened milk (nut, soy, animal)

Honey syrup,

Blend banana, greens, and milk until smooth.

Sweeten to taste and enjoy.

pineapple (frozen)

kiwi (peeled and diced)

Put all the ingredients in a smoothie blender and blend until it is well incorporated.

Add all ingredients (starting with the lesser amount of water) to a high-speed blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed. If it has trouble blending, add more water.

Taste and adjust as needed, adding more mango for sweetness or lime juice for brightness!

Best when fresh. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, or frozen into ice cube or popsicle molds and stored in the freezer for 1 month.

Pineapple Spinach Smoothie

baby spinach (about 3–4 large handfuls)

pineapple (fresh is best

banana (peel bananas before freezing them)

chia seeds or flax seeds

lime juice

water

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender such as a Vitamix, starting on low and working your way up to high until well blended. This should take about 45-60 seconds in all.

GREEN PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

120 g baby spinach leaves

lime (skin peeled)

drinking coconut milk/nut milk/rice milk

maple syrup

Place all ingredients in a blender. Process for a couple of minutes until smooth. If using fresh pineapple blend for a minute more to ensure the smoothie is smooth.

Pour in lidded 2 X 300ml glass jars.

Keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Add orange juice and yogurt to a blender jar. Top with fresh baby spinach and blend until smooth.

Add the pineapple, apple, and bananas and blend until smooth. Add more juice (or water) to thin out the smoothie to your preference.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a day to ensure maximum freshness, nutrition, and flavor.
