Sugar Free Keto Gummy Bears

1 (.3 ounces) package Sugar Free Jello

1 envelope Knox unfavored gelatine

water

  Mix together the Jello, unflavored gelatine and water in a medium sized saucepan.

  Cook over low heat until fully dissolved, about 2 minutes.

These taste great but I'm wondering if it's possible to make them without the SF jello (I know, I"m being a pain!!).  Maybe some dried strawberry powder and sweetener?  I'm I crazy for even thinking about this? I was going to make some as gifts and need to be more restrictive.  Thanks for all of your fab recipes!

My gummies cam out looking amazing and tasting amazing, but they were still very mushy. How do I get them to not be so mushy ?? Other wise the recipe was great.

I like this recipe, but I use sugar free drink packets for individual water bottles. They work great, with so many flavors and colors. My kids love sugar free lemonade ones and blueberry blast.

I followed recipe exactly and they came out perfect! I also tried out a set with the sugar free strawberry lemonade drink mix packets as one other person on here mentioned in comments. The flavor was great but it wasn't as firm so next time I will use more of the gelatin powder. Thank you so much. My husband is such a fan of gummies and now he can finally have Keto gummies. Yay!

Sugar-Free Gummies And Worms

fruit tea bags

ml water

tbsp gelatine powder

In a heatproof dish or mug, add the fruit tea bags and 250ml (1 cup) hot water. Leave to brew until a very strong flavour develops.

Remove the fruit tea bags, and whilst still hot, add the gelatine and sweetener. Stir to dissolve.

Add food colouring (optional). Repeat the recipe for the next flavour fruit tea.

For each fruit tea flavour

Gently fill the droppers (as instructed above) and begin to fill the gummy bear and worm moulds.

Place in the fridge until set. This takes about an hour, but the longer you leave them, the more solid and sturdy they will become.
