c. shredded rotisserie chicken

(8-oz.) block cream cheese,

c. shredded cheddar, divided

c. buffalo sauce

tbsp. ranch dressing

hot sauce

c. crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Adjust an oven rack to center position, and preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, 3/4 cup cheddar, buffalo sauce, ranch, and hot sauce.

Transfer mixture to an ovenproof skillet or baking dish, and top with remaining 1/4 cup cheddar. Bake until warm and bubbly, about 20 minutes.

Top with blue cheese and chives before serving&nbsp;with bread and vegetable sticks.

A fun appetizer, party food, or Super Bowl snack, these Crispy Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and Cheese make the perfect bite. With only 3 simple ingredients, they are easy to whip up and everyone will love them! Gluten free and low carb.

Crispy Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and Cheese

avocado oil

blue cheese crumbles (about 1.5 ounces)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toss the halved brussel sprouts with avocado oil and some salt and pepper. Place face down (cut side down) on a parchment lined baking sheet and roast for 12-15 minutes. While the brussel sprouts cook, prep the cheese and bacon as needed.

Take brussel sprouts out of the oven and flip over so the halved side is up (the flat part). Take about 1/2-1 teaspoon of blue cheese, or a small crumble, and top each brussel sprout. Then top with a piece of the bacon and spear with a toothpick. Try to make sure they are standing straight up so the cheese does not melt out the sides. I also like to sprinkle the tops with a little pepper.

Put them back in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Let cool for a couple of minutes and serve!

First, you'll want to preheat your oil to&nbsp;between 250℉-275℉.&nbsp;

Second, cook your wings in the oil, maintaining our temperature, for 20 minutes. Importantly, do not overcrowd your pot as it will cool down the oil.

Third, allow your chicken to rest. If you want to make them immediately, set them in the fridge for an hour to cool before refrying them. Otherwise, you may store them in the fridge for up to 3 nights, or in the freezer for up to two months after the first fry.

Fourth, re-fry your wings for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and 165℉ internally, in oil at a temperature between 375℉-400℉. Notably, let your frozen wings defrost to refrigerator temperature before frying them.

Fifth, if you plan to season your fries, do so immediately after draining the hot chicken from the oil. Next, heat your butter to medium heat in a pot, then blend in the Frank's RedHot Sauce for a simple Buffalo sauce. Toss and serve your wings!
