Combine all turkey patty ingredients (except olive oil) and mix until evenly distributed.

Meanwhile heat a medium skillet on medium and once heated, coat with olive oil.

Form small patties (the size of the palm of your hand) and cook in the pan for 3-5 mins on each side. You can add cheese to the top of each patty during the last minute of cooking. Place cooked patty inside of slider bun with desired toppings.

Turkey and Cheese Sliders are quick and easy, made with deli meat and Swiss cheese filled inside soft Hawaiian dinner rolls topped with a buttery sauce. 

Turkey and Cheese Sliders

(12-piece) package Hawaiian rolls (or 12 dinner rolls)

(10 ounces) turkey breast deli meat

(10 ounces) Swiss cheese slices (9 slices)

cup butter, melted

teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

tablespoon honey

tablespoon dijon mustard

teaspoon Italian seasoning

Slice the whole 12 rolls in half horizontally with a large serrated knife. (You don't have to pull the rolls apart and slice them individually, but you can if you want to).

Line a 9x13-inch casserole pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Place the entire bottom half of the rolls inside. 

Top with an even layer of turkey, repeating until all the turkey is used up.

Top with a layer of cheese on top, overlapping the slices so they fit.

Place the whole top half of the rolls over the cheese layer and set aside.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together butter, Worcestershire sauce, honey, dijon mustard, and Italian seasoning until evenly combined.

Brush the butter mixture evenly over the rolls.

Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes until the top has slightly browned.

Savory Greek Yogurt Dip

Lettuce

Make the savory Greek yogurt dip: Combine the yogurt, parsley, mint, cumin, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Transfer to an airtight container, cover, and refrigerate for up to 10 days.

Make the sliders: Heat a 10-inch cast-iron skillet over high heat, then add the olive oil, mushrooms, and salt. Saute until the mushrooms are soft and golden, approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Thoroughly combine the turkey, Parmesan, miso, and cooled mushrooms using a potato masher, or, better yet, your fingers. Divide the mixture into balls a little bigger than the size of a ping-pong ball. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.I usually do this overnight.

Return the skillet to medium heat. Flatten the turkey balls so that they're quite thin, about 2 1/2 inches in diameter. Arrange the patties in the skillet, making sure they aren't touching. Cook for 2 minutes, or until browned, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Flip again for 1 minute and one final time for 1 minute, for a total of 6 minutes of cooking time.

Transfer the patties to a platter. Place the buns, cut-side down, in the skillet. Cover and cook for 2 minutes, or until brown. Dress a bun bottom with the Savory Greek Yogurt Dip; top with a patty, then lettuce, a tomato slice, and a bun top.

Note: Even if you serve the yogurt sauce on the side for dipping, you&#39;re going to have quite a bit left over. You&#39;re welcome.

Cranberry Turkey Sliders are the best way to use Thanksgiving leftovers the next day! Simply layer leftover turkey, cheese and cranberry sauce on sweet Hawaiian rolls, then bake with poppyseed butter drizzled on top. Oh, so good!

STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice the sheet of slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the individual buns connected if possible. Place the bottom half of the slider buns in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish that has been prepped with cooking spray. Add the turkey evenly over the bottom half of the slider buns.

STEP 2: Layer the provolone cheese slices on top of the turkey.

STEP 3: Spread a layer of tart cranberry sauce over the cheese.

STEP 4: Place the top half of the rolls over the cranberry sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and poppy seeds. Brush the butter mixture over the entire slab of rolls, making sure to coat each one.

STEP 5: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
