Venison (deer), cooked in the air fryer is an easy and healthy way to cook the wild game steaks and is ready to eat in only 7 minutes!

Air Fryer Venison

Melt butter in small dish

Dredge venison pieces in to melted butter and place in air fryer basket

Sprinkle with desired amount of salt and pepper.

Cook at 400° for 5-7 minutes, depending on desired internal temperature. See notes.

How to Air Fry Lamb Ribs Recipe

Lamb Ribs

tbsp Oil (see notes)

tsp Seasoning (see notes)

If your air fryer requires pre-heating, start this setting now.

Thoroughly dry roughly 800g Lamb Ribs. If they&#39;re not already cut into single ribs, use a sharp knife to cut between the bones now.

Drizzle over 1 tbsp Oil and 1½ tsp Seasoning and toss to thoroughly coat the lamb.

Place the ribs into the air fryer basket. Leave a little space between each so the air can circulate if possible.

Cook for 15 minutes at 200c/390f.

The ribs will be part cooked and will need turning, especially if your fryer is quite packed like mine. If you have lots of room, you could skip this step.

Use tongs to turn the ribs.

Cook for a further 15 minutes at 200c/390f.

Allow to rest for at least 3 to 4 minutes before tucking in. Spoon over juices that have collected in the bottom of the air fryer for extra flavour.

Cook for a total of 30 minutes at 200c/390f. Turn midway through cooking.

To Cook From Frozen

Lamb ribs is not a cut of meat I often buy but these looked so delicious I had to try them.  I wasn't disapponted, so tender and juicy and so easy to make.

With all your air fryer recipes, my poor air fryer is struggling to keep up with making them all.

I cooked these lamb ribs, adding some ground cumin and chilli powder to the spice mix. They were full of flavour and so easy to cook. A great change from my usual pork ribs.

If you are using a basket type fryer and are able to raise the cooking grid to be nearer the top, do this now. I use a small pyrex bowl. This helps to maximise the amount that the scallops will colour. If you have a choice of position in a different type of air fryer, choose the option nearest the element, eg. the top shelf.

If your air fryer requires pre-heating, Start this setting going.

Melt 1 tbsp Salted Butter in a small bowl. I do this in the microwave but you could use a small heatproof bowl in the air fryer if you like. The preheat setting will likely do the trick.

Thoroughly dry 6 Scallops. Trim any bits of connective tissue if needed.

Use a pastry brush to coat the scallops on all sides with the melted butter.

Sprinkle over roughly ¼ tsp Sea Salt Flakes. Crush them between your fingers as your sprinkle for a thinner even coverage.

Place the scallops into the air fryer. Leave a little space between them so the air can circulate. Be careful not to catch your hands on the side of the hot basket.

Cook for 6 minutes at 200c/390f. Turn then cook for a further 3 minutes.

Be careful removing the scallops from the fryer as they will be delicate. Serve hot straight away.

Incredible flavour. Perfect cooking time. Super recipe!

Well, this worked a treat! Had to cook them in two batches, which was perfect really as we could enjoy them nice and hot.

So simple! I love how magic air fryers are. You can cook everything in them.

I love scallops and this is such a great way to cook them.  It's so simple and they come out delicious.
