A delicious fast appetizer that has all the flavor of a Jalapeno Popper in a tidy little cup!

Easiest Jalapeno Popper Wonton Cups

wonton wrappers (found in the cold case international section)

cream cheese (softened)

sour cream (light

bacon (reserve 1/4 cup

cheddar cheese (reserve 1/4 cup for topping and 1/4 cup for inbetween wonton layers)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray muffin tin with non stick spray.

Place one one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup.  Top with about one tablespoon of grated cheddar.  Place another wonton wrapper on top with corners facing opposing side.

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, cheddar and chopped jalapenos until well mixed.

Spoon filling into each wonton and smooth out with the back of a spoon a bit.

Top with a pinch of additional cheese and bacon.

Bake for 15 minutes or until brown and bubbly.

Preheat oven to 350.

In skillet brown your ground beef until no longer pink, drain.

Add in your taco seasoning and stir until distributed, stir in your pico de gallo and 1 cup cheese and mix until melted, set aside.

Spray a 24-count mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and place wonton wrappers in wells of each.

Spoon a little of ground beef mixture in each wonton wrapper until they are all filled, then sprinkle with remaining cheese

Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted.

Remove from oven and top with guacamole, cilantro and pico de gallo.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip Wonton Cups Recipe

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.

Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin slots to form cup shapes. Lightly spray or brush with oil. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden.

In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.

Spoon the mixture into each pre-baked wonton cup, filling them nearly to the top.

Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the filling is warm and slightly golden.

Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

To get started, gather and prep all of your Thai chicken salad wonton cup ingredients according to the ingredient list above to have ready and organized for use.

Preheat your oven to 350°, and generously spray a mini muffin tin with 24 wells (or two tins with 12 wells each) with cooking spray.

Take each wonton square, dust off any excess corn starch, and carefully press into the mini-muffin wells. Spray the wonton squares with cooking spray, place into the oven and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden-brown and crispy.

Allow to cool slightly, then remove the wontons from the muffin tins to cool completely before filling.

Next, gather and prep all of your spicy peanut dressing ingredients according to the ingredient list to have ready and organized for use.

To make the dressing, place all the ingredients into a bowl, and whisk together until completely smooth and combined. Set aside for a moment if using immediately, or keep in a covered container in fridge until ready to use.

Next, prepare the Thai chicken salad by adding the chicken, plus the remainder of the ingredients up to and including the chopped cilantro, to a bowl. If serving immediately, add in about 2 tablespoons of the spicy peanut dressing, plus about half of the crushed peanuts (about 2 tablespoons worth), and gently toss to coat.

To assemble, fill each crispy wonton cup with equal amounts of the Thai chicken salad, then drizzle each with a little extra dressing on top, and sprinkle over a little of the remaining crushed peanuts over each as garnish.

Serve immediately, while fresh and crisp.

These crispy jalapeno poppers wonton cups are topped with tasty bacon and melting cheddar cheese for an easy appetizer everyone loves!

Jalapeno Popper Wontons with Bacon

bacon, (chopped)

refrigerated wonton wrappers

sweet chili sauce, (for dipping (optional))

Cook the chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to transfer bacon to a double layer of paper towels. Drain and cool.

Pour out all but 1 tablespoon bacon drippings from the pan. Return the skillet to the stove, add the chopped jalapeños and cook over medium heat just until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Remove from heat and reserve.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until well blended. Add the reserved bacon and jalapeño-garlic mixture and stir until combined. Add 1 cup of the cheese and stir until well blended. Reserve mixture.

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

Use a shot glass or your fingers to press the wonton wrappers into each cup of the mini muffin tin to form cups. Brush the edges lightly with melted butter.

Bake until edges are just starting to brown, 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from stove and cool for 5 minutes.

Using a small spoon, gently fill each of the wonton cups to the top with the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese.

Bake until the cheese melts and appetizers are hot, about 8 to 10 minutes. Watch closely so wontons don&#39;t over-brown. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes.

Transfer to a serving platter and serve. If you like, you can accompany them with a dipping sauce such as sweet chili sauce. Makes about 24 wontons.
