Sweet Potatoes with a crispy skin and light and fluffy middle that have been prepared in an Air Fryer!

Air Fryer Baked Sweet Potato

potatoes

olive oil

¼ tsp kosher salt

¼ tsp black pepper

garlic powder

Optional Toppings: Butter, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon etc.

Wash the sweet potatoes and then poke several times with a fork.

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients, toss until potatoes are coated..

Place the potatoes in the basket of the Air Fryer, then close and set to 390 degrees for 40 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.

Cut open, top with your favorite toppings like butter, brown sugar, cinnamon etc.

I am new to this air fryer business and tried this recipe tonight. Awesome. I didn't need to go to 40 minutes, more like 35. But I've noticed with most things, you must keep on eye on things. Thank you so much!
