Step 1

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting.

Step 2

Grease six 4-ounce ramekins.

Step 3

Add berries and granulated sugar to the mixing bowl and toss until coated.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, mix flour, butter, brown sugar, and milk until well combined.

Step 5

Add ¼ cup batter to each ramekin.

Step 6

Add heaping ¼ cup berries to each ramekin.

Step 7

Add oats to the remaining batter and mix.

Step 8

Top ramekins with two tablespoons oat mixture.

Step 9

Place in air fryer basket *You may need to do more than one batch*

Step 10

Cook for 15 minutes, then remove from the air fryer basket.

Step 11

Allow to cool slightly, then top with optional ice cream and mint leaves before serving.

Step 12

Plate, serve, and enjoy!
