Export 11 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Wrap tofu in multiple layers of paper towels. Place a cast iron pan or something heavy on top. Let sit for 30 minutes. Or you can use a tofu press.
Step 2
Cut tofu into cubes.
Step 3
Place cornstarch in a large zip top bag. Shake to coat. Remove tofu pieces, shaking off excess and place in a medium bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and gently toss.
Step 4
Place half the tofu pieces in the Air Fryer basket. Set to 370 for 15 minutes. Halfway through open. If they still look powdery, spray them with a little olive oil. Check after about 12 minutes. The cooking time is just an estimate and can vary based on Air Fryer model and size of cubes and brand of tofu.
Step 5
Remove tofu from Air Fryer and set aside. Repeat with remaining tofu.
Step 6
In a nonstick skillet, combine soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, sverve, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute.
Step 7
Add sesame oil and tofu and cook and stir for 1 minute.
Step 8
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
