Step 1
Trim any silver skin or excess fat from the tenderloin. Pat the pork dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear, then rub olive oil over pork to help the seasoning stick.
Step 2
Mix all the seasonings in a bowl and pack onto the pork (you may have a little leftover).
Step 3
Cook at 400°F in your air fryer for 12 mins. Flip and cook for another 10 to 12 mins, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest section reads an internal temperature of 145°F.
Step 4
Let the tenderloin rest for 10 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
