Step 1
Use a sharp kitchen knife to remove the “silver skin” on top of the pork tenderloin. Then use a clean towel to dry it.
Step 2
Mix up the seasoning (garlic powder, italian seasoning, chili powder, onion powder, salt and pepper) in a small bowl. Rub the pork all over with the oil then rub the seasoning all over it on all sides.
Step 3
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F and spray the basket with cooking spray (non-aerosol). Once the air fryer is ready, place the seasoned tenderloin into the air fryer basket and cook it for 17-20 minutes, flipping it over halfway through the cooking time. Note: cook until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
Step 4
Once the pork tenderloin is fully cooked, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving it.
