Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops and make a pocket in each pork chop by cutting into side of chop toward the bone.
Step 3
Fill each chop with 1/2 cup of Apple Pecan Stuffing.
Step 4
Use 2 toothpicks per pork chop to hold chop closed around the stuffing.
Step 5
In a skillet, cook pork over medium heat, turning once, until brown (about 3 minutes per side).
Step 6
Place pork chops in 13x9-inch pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until pork is slightly pink when cut near bone. Depending on pork chop thickness you may need to add a little time.
Step 7
When done baking remove toothpicks and serve.
