In a pot add the oats, water, vanilla and sea salt.

Step 2

Cook over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes, use a whisk to stir.

Step 3

Cut the apples into wedges.

Step 4

Meanwhile, heat a skillet on medium heat and add coconut oil.

Step 5

Add apple wedges, almonds and cinnamon and cook for a few minutes, add the maple syrup and stir.

Step 6

Divide the porridge into 4 bowls, and top with the cooked apples and plant-based milk.
