Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3
Lay pie crust on baking sheet. Place Brie in center of pie crust. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if desired.
Step 4
Fold pie crust over Brie, pressing it firmly together in center so it holds. Brush outside of pie crust with a light layer of beaten egg.
Step 5
Bake Brie on middle rack until pie dough is deep golden brown, 25-35 minutes.
Step 6
Check to see that Brie is done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
Step 7
Carefully transfer Brie to plate and serve immediately with crackers or bread.
