Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375F.
Step 2
Place a piece of parchment paper in a pie dish (or another round baking dish that just leaves a bit of room around the edges of the Brie when it melts a bit).
Step 3
Unwrap the round of Brie and place it on the parchment paper. Gently score the rind of the Brie in a criss-cross pattern. Be careful not to pierce the cheese too much—we're just trying to cut the rind here so the cheese can melt a bit without running everywhere.
Step 4
Spread the cherry jam on top of the scored Brie.
Step 5
Drizzle the honey on top.
Step 6
Sprinkle with the chopped pistachios and add the cinnamon.
Step 7
Bake for 18-25 minutes or until the Brie is melted through. I like to test it with a knife to make sure it's soft enough in the centre to serve.
Step 8
Once done baking, add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.Serve hot with crackers, baguette, crusty bread, or your other favorite dippers.
