Step 1
Preheat oven to 375˚ F.
Step 2
Place your brie wheel into a small cast iron pan.
Step 3
Bake the brie for about 15 minutes or until the brie is all melty inside the brie rind.
Step 4
Pour the entire jar of sweet and spicy jam over the top of the brie.
Step 5
Cut the brie open with a sharp knife so the cheese oozes out and melds with the jam.
Step 6
Serve warm with gluten free crackers.
