Step 1

Add chicken to casserole dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly on top of chicken.

Step 3

Mix together sour cream and caesar dressing. Spread on top of chicken. Cover with foil.

Step 4

Crush croutons and sprinkle onto chicken.

Step 5

Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

Step 6

Cook orzo with chicken broth over stove top. After done, drain if necessary, then mix in Parmesan cheese.

Step 7

Serve chicken with side salad and orzo.
