Step 1
Put first 6 ingredients, making sure to reserve 1 C of cheese, in a large bowl and stir to combine. Add chicken mixture to a greased casserole dish.
Step 2
Crush Doritos and add to top of casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1 C of shredded cheese.
Step 3
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until warmed through and cheese has melted. Serve with salad.
