Step 1

Cut your tofu into rectangular blocks.

Step 2

Marinate your tofu in soy sauce, tamari, or Bragg's Liquid Aminos.

Step 3

Drain off the soy sauce and sprinkle with steak seasoning. (about 2 tsp.)

Step 4

Bake on an oiled cookie sheet at 400°F (200°C) for 40-45 minutes.

Step 5

soak your tofu in a tofu marinade of choice.

Step 6

Drain the marinade and coat your tofu in 1/3 cup of corn starch, 3/4 tsp salt and a dash of pepper.

Bake on an oiled cookie sheet at 400°F (200°C) for 40-45 minutes.

Marinate in the flavored tofu marinade of choice for at least 15 minutes.

Step 9

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40-45 minutes flipping every 10-15 minutes.

Marinate your tofu in soy sauce, tamari, or Bragg's Liquid Aminos if desired.

Bake on an oiled cookie sheet at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes flipping cubes every 10 minutes.

Step 12

Toss the partially cooked tofu bites in a bowl with 1 cup of sauce of choice.

Step 13

Arrange back on the parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Step 14

Press the tofu and cut it into long thin slices.

Mix together 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp liquid smoke, 1 tbsp molasses, 1 tbsp canola oil  1/4 tsp salt, and a dash of onion and garlic powder along with 1/4 cup hot water.

Step 16

Marinate the tofu strips for at least 15 minutes.

Step 17

Bake the tofu at 300°F (150°C) for about 90 minutes to get a jerky-like texture. Flip every 20 minutes.

Step 18

Press the tofu and cut it into long thin slices.

Step 19

Mix together 2 tbsp of Bragg's Liquid Aminos, 1 tbsp liquid smoke, 1 tbsp melted refined coconut oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp hot water.

Step 20

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30-40 minutes flipping every 10-15 minutes..  (Bake time will vary depending on how thin you sliced the tofu). (You can also crumble the tofu and bake for about 25 minutes for tofu bacon bits).

Step 21

Press as much liquid as possible out of a block of tofu.

Step 22

Use your hands to break it apart into small crumbly pieces.

Step 23

Drizzle 2 tbsp of canola or light olive oil over the top of it and mix the oil around.

Step 24

Sprinkle with 2 tsp of taco seasoning, mix and spread out on a cookies sheet.

Step 25

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30-40 minutes stirring the tofu crumbles every 10 minutes.

Step 26

Drain and press a block of tofu getting out as much liquid as possible.

Step 27

Mix together 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or crumbled crackers, 1/4 cup flour, 2 tsp spices of choice, 1/4 tsp salt to make a breading.

Step 28

Sprinkle tofu with some soy sauce or equivalent.

Step 29

Place the tofu in the breading and press down a little to make the coating stick to the tofu.

Step 30

Flip over and coat the other side.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40-45 minutes flipping after 20 minutes.
