Step 1

To make the Pikelets, place the milk, plain flour, egg, caster sugar, and baking powder in the mixing bowl. Combine 20 Sec. / Speed Scrape down using a spatula.

Step 2

Heat a large non-stick frying pan to medium heat and melt the butter. Once melted, pour into the mixing bowl and combine again 10 Sec. / Speed 4.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a jug. Clean the mixing bowl.

Step 4

To make the caramel sauce, place the butter, brown sugar and double cream in the mixing bowl. Heat 7 Min. / Varoma / Speed 2 / no measuring cup. Pour into a Thermi Servebowl and keep warm until serving the Pikelets.

Step 5

To fry the pikelets, heat up the non-stick frying pan to medium heat and slice the bananas into 2cm thick slices. Place 4 slices of banana in the pan, leaving plenty of space between each slice. Place a dollop of Pikelets mixture on top of each banana slice and fry the Pikelets on medium heat for about 1 minute on each side. Remove and place in another Thermi Servebowl until all pikelets are ready to be served. Repeat with the bananas and Pikelets mixture until finished.

Step 6

To serve, slice up another banana, take a Pikelets, decorate with some Greek yoghurt and banana slices and pour over some caramel sauce.
