Wash potatoes; prick with a fork.

Place potatoes on a cookie sheet.

Step 3

Bake potatoes in 400 degree oven about an hour to an hour and a half, or until done.

Remove from oven.

Fill each with about ½ to 2/3 cup Barbecue Pork.

Step 7

Serve.
