Place potatoes on a cookie sheet.

Bake potatoes in 400 degree oven about an hour to an hour and a half, or until done.
Step 4
Remove from oven.
Step 5
Slice the tops of the potatoes.
Step 6
Fill each with about ½ to 2/3 cup Barbecue Pork.
Step 7
Serve.
