Line a baking tray with silicone baking mats. Roll mixture into golf ball sized balls and press down to flatten slightly. Place on a lined baking tray 5cm apart. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, or until cookies just begin to brown on edges. Allow to cool on baking tray.
