Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish (for thick bars) or 11x15 (for thinner bars) with parchment paper spritzed with nonstick cooking spray.

Whisk together the flour, cinnamon, and salt.

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter in the microwave until melted, about 1 minute. Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, milk, and eggs until well blended.

Add the flour mixture and mix until combined.

Fold in the oats and chocolate chips, reserving some chocolate chips for the top..

Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Press reserved chocolate chips into the top.

Bake for 25 to 35 minutes (depending on thickness) or until the edges begin to brown. Remove from the oven but allow to cool in the baking pan for 10 to 15 minutes before lifting with the parchment to remove from the pan. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
