Step 1
Melt the 8 ounces of finely chopped white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth. Allow it to cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, white cake mix, and blue curacao liqueur. Mix until smooth and well combined.

If you desire a more vibrant blue color, add a few drops of blue gel food coloring to the mixture and blend until the desired hue is achieved.

Gradually add the melted white chocolate to the cream cheese mixture, stirring continuously to ensure a smooth and even consistency.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm enough to handle.
Step 6
Once chilled, use a spoon or a melon baller to scoop out portions of the mixture. Roll them into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
Step 7
Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off before placing them back on the tray.
Step 8
If desired, sprinkle the tops of the truffles with blue sanding sugar or edible glitter for a festive and sparkly touch.
