Combine the oats and almonds in a medium mixing bowl.

In a separate small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon and mix well. Drizzle over the oats mixture and mix until coated.

Spread the mixture evenly on a 10x15 inch rimmed baking sheet.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until light brown. Stir in the coconut and bake 45 minutes longer or until golden brown, stirring every 15 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and stir in the dried blueberries. Let stand until cool.
Step 7
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
