Step 1

On one side of the bread, lightly brush with olive oil

On the other side, spread on Boursin Cheese

Place bread on cutting board, Boursin Cheese side up

On half of the bread, layer 2 slices each of turkey and ham

Equally divide roasted red peppers and arugula and add to sandwich

Top with second slice of bread, Boursin side down

Preheat panini maker or grill pan

Step 8

Place panini in panini maker or on grill pan

Step 9

Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown

Step 10

Cut each sandwich in half

Step 11

Serve immediately
