Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and move the rack to the middle of the oven.

Add the oil to the pan or stone and stretch out the dough.(Make sure there is enough on the bottom so that the flatbread doesn't stick).

Next, add the Brie slices to the dough leaving a 1/2-inch border; then top with the sliced apples and chopped sage.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is brown on the bottom and edges and the cheese has melted.

Remove from the oven, drizzle honey on top, place on a cutting board; then cut into 10 pieces.
