Insert the stainless steel bowl into the Instant Pot® and pour in the oil. Press the Saute function and set the time to 2 Minutes . Add the rice and grain, stirring so that it does not burn.
Step 2
After 2 minutes, press Cancel . Add the salt and water.
Step 3
Put on and lock the lid of the Instant Pot®. Make sure the steam release valve is turned to “Sealing”. Press the Pressure Cook function, at High pressure level , and set the time to 25 Minutes.
Step 4
When finished cooking, press Cancel and turn the steam release valve to “Release” (Venting). Once all the pressure is released, open the lid and remove the rice.
