Step 1

Add the mashed potatoes, carrots and cabbage to a large bowl and mash them using a potato masher. Add salt and pepper to taste

Step 2

Once the vegetables are all mashed together, form into 8 patties

Step 3

Add the flour to a plate and lightly dust each patty in the flour

Step 4

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Fry patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Add more oil as needed.
