備齊所有食材~喜歡將番茄去皮再煮者~可將番茄川燙後再去皮~(這兒示範的是沒去皮的!)

將材料洗淨分別切成適當大小..蛋稍為打散備用

先起油鍋炒蛋..是炒蛋喔!不是煎蛋~鍋熱後倒入蛋液快速拌炒均勻(5分熟即可)盛出備用~

接著再加點油爆香蒜末'洋蔥末~

加入蕃茄拌炒均勻 ...
Step 6
加入羅勒蕃茄麵醬~再炒一下,讓醬香味釋出。

接著加入適量的高湯~煮滾...待蕃茄熟了..味道融合了~加入適量的鹽.糖調味~ 也可以灑些黑胡椒增添風味~
Step 8
芶點薄芡後,將5分熟的蛋和少許蔥花~放入略煮一下即可。(用鍋鏟將蛋撥散開來~)
Step 9
起鍋盛盤後可以再灑點蔥花點綴~完成。
