Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Using a whisk, blend until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

If you like, you can add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse several times to pulverize the mix into a fine powder.

To use, add 3 tablespoons of the mix to a mug and add hot water.
