Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Grease a muffin tin.

Cook the beef in a large skillet over medium heat until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain the fat from the skillet.

Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

Remove the skillet from the heat and set it aside.

Press each biscuit onto the bottom and up the sides of each of the prepared muffin cups.

Spoon the beef mixture into the cups.

Top the beef mixture with the cheese cubes.

Bake until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through, about 14-16 minutes.
