Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 350°F (fan-forced) and grease a casserole dish with the oil.

Step 2

In a jug or blender mix the eggs, mustard, milk, flour and seasoning.

Step 3

Mix in the cheese and vegetables and pour into the greased dish.

Step 4

Bake for 20 – 30 minutes or until the middle puffs and is firm to touch.

Step 5

Chop the garlic, 5 seconds, speed Add the onion and chop 5 seconds, speed Set aside.

Step 6

Grate the cheese , 20 seconds, speed Set aside with the garlic and onion.

Step 7

Add the eggs, mustard, milk, flour and seasoning to the jug and blend 10 seconds, speed Add the rest of the ingredients and blend on reverse, 15 seconds, speed 5.

Step 8

If you’d like to disguise the vegetables, blend on normal rotation, speed 6 instead.

Step 9

Back to steps 3 and 4 (above) to bake.

Step 10

Serve at room temperature or re-heat in a low oven until just hot.

Step 11

Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
