Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.

In a small bowl, mix the chicken with black pepper, parsley, chili sauce, maggi and olive oil. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.

Pre-heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoon of olive oil and allow to oil to heat up.
Step 4
Add the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the chicken mix.
Step 5
Gently stir together. Lower the heat, cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes or until the chicken is done and the broccoli's soft.
Step 6
This is meal is best served with rice of your choice.
