Step 1

In small bowl, combine smoked paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, brown sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, kosher salt, cayenne pepper and flour (optional).

Step 2

Set aside ¼ of chicken wing dry rub without flour to sprinkle additional after cooking, if using deep frying method.

Step 3

Place wings in bag with chicken wing dry rub and refrigerate for one hour prior. This allows chicken wing dry rub to penetrate.

Step 4

Cook chicken wings via preferred cooking method (Smoked, Baked, Grilled, Air Fryer and Deep Fried). Sprinkle with additional chicken wing dry rub if desired.
