Step 1
Begin by patting the Chilean sea bass fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the fish with salt and pepper to your liking.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic. Make sure all ingredients are thoroughly combined to create a smooth glaze.

Place the seasoned sea bass fillets in the slow cooker. Pour the Honey Dijon Glaze evenly over the top of the fillets, ensuring that each one is fully coated.

Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low for 2-3 hours. The fish is ready when it easily flakes with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
