Step 1

Set a large skillet or griddle over high heat.

Step 2

Add the frozen shrimp to a bowl. Mix with the salt, mayo, ground cumin, and blended chipotles in adobo.

Step 3

Once the griddle is hot, toss on the shrimp. Cook until browned and cooked through about 6-8 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the shrimp and toast corn tortillas. Slather with sour cream, and add the shrimp, salsa verde, and pickled onions.
