Step 1
Add the peeled shrimp to a bowl. Mix with the salt, mayo, ground cumin, and blended chipotles in adobo. Set aside for a few minutes to marinate.So long as the shrimp are peeled, they can be cooked straight from frozen!Make sure to prepare/gather all your other taco components before you cook the shrimp because they will cook fast.
Step 2
Set a large skillet or griddle over high heat.Once the griddle is hot, toss on the shrimp. Sear them until browned and cooked through about 6-8 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the shrimp and toast the corn tortillas on the warm pan.Slather the tortillas with sour cream & hot sauce, the cooked shrimp, salsa verde, and pickled onions. Enjoy.
