Step 1
Put chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring the chocolate each time. Keep heating until melted.
Step 2
Stir in the espresso or coffee beans. Stir to make sure each bean is coated in chocolate.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment or wax paper. Using a fork, remove the coated espresso bean and place on prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Continue the process until all of the beans are on the baking sheet. You can let them sit out at room temperature to harden or place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to help harden faster.
