Step 1

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl, add melted butter and vanilla, and mix well.

Press mixture into a greased or lined slice pan.

Step 3

Bake at 160C for approximately 20 minutes. Cool in pan.

Step 4

When cold, ice with chocolate icing and sprinkle with coconut. Cut into bars.

Step 5

Chocolate icing: Sift icing sugar and cocoa into small bowl. Add melted butter and water.

Step 6

Mix until icing is smooth and glossy.
