Preheat the oven to 375 F/190 C
Step 2
Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stovetop, or in an oven-safe bowl or pot in the oven while it is preheating.
Step 3
Baste the tops of the tortillas with melted butter. Or you can use oil if you like.
Step 4
Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl and sprinkle it evenly over the tops of the tortillas with a spoon. Or put it in a spice shaker and use that, which is my preferred method.
Step 5
Slice each tortilla into strips or wedges with a pizza roller or knife.
Step 6
Place the slices of tortilla onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Step 7
Bake for 8 to 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Allow them to cool a few minutes then serve plain or fresh fruit like diced strawberries. Enjoy!
