Get a clean large mixing bowl

Add brown sugar, caster sugar, unsalted butter and vanilla extract to the large mixing bowl

Add all purpose flour, baking soda and salt to the large mixing bowl

Mix gently until combined

Add chocolate chips and walnuts to the large mixing bowl

Transfer content of large mixing bowl to baking sheet into dough balls

Bake - 9 min, 190°C

Let cool onto work surface - approx 2 min

Let cool onto cooling rack until cool
