Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9- x -13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in pineapple, then fold in bread cubes.
Step 3
Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with cereal. Bake, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
