Add diced Polenta to a saucepan with Broth and Olive Oil.

Cook on medium heat and stir frequently with a whisk until fully combined. About 10 minutes

Remove the saucepan from the heat and add some black pepper and the parmesan cheese. I didn't use a whole lot of cheese, so if you love cheese, I suggest you add as much as you like.
