Step 1

Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (195°C) on airfry setting.

Step 2

Empty the canned potatoes into a strainer, and run them under cold water for a minute.

Step 3

Lay the potato slices on a kitchen towel and pat them dry.

Step 4

Add the potato slices into a large mixing bowl along with oil and seasonings.

Step 5

Since the potatoes are cooked and soft, be gentle when tossing them to ensure the potato slices are not breaking.

Step 6

Once your potatoes are seasoned and mixed together, put them in your air fryer basket (or tray) in a single layer. My Ninja Air fryer 6-in-1 comfortably fit all the slices from one can of potatoes.

Step 7

Cook for about 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway. For the beginners -  check up on your potatoes every 5 minutes to ensure they do not get burned.

Step 8
