Step 1
The night before cooking, cut the pork belly into 1-inch strips or chunks, then place in a large mixing bowl.

Turn up the heat to 400 degrees F and air fry for an additional 20 minutes. Continue adding more time in 5-minute increments until the skin is crisped to your liking.
