Preheat the oven to 275° and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Step 2
Take one leaf at a time and remove the thick hard stems or “ribs” and cut the leaves into smallish pieces (about 2 x 2″ or so.). In a bowl, toss the leaves with olive oil. Spread out onto the parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer, sprinkle lightly with sea salt and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, and using tongs, turn each piece over. Return to the oven and bake an additional 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on paper towels to absorb any remaining olive oil. Enjoy!
