Step 1

Core the tomatoes and cut them into thick slices. You will have 6-9 slices.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, and salt. Mix well.

Step 3

Select Roast and set the time and temperature to 325°F/162.78 °C for 10 Minutes. Press Start.

Step 4

While the air fryer is preheating, top the tomato slices with the breadcrumb mixture.

Step 5

Once preheated, carefully place the tomato slices into the basket in a single layer.

Step 6

When cooking is completed, use a large spoon to lift the tomatoes out of the basket and place onto a serving platter. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
