Step 1
Scrub potatoes under running water to remove dirt.
Step 2
Pat potatoes off to slightly dry them with a paper towel.
Step 3
Place each potato on a sheet of aluminum foil and sprinkle with a little pinch of salt (optional).
Step 4
Roll each potato in foil and place in the bottom of a 3.5 quart casserole slow cooker OR a 5 quart or larger oval or round slow cooker.
Step 5
Cover with lid and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until potatoes are tender when stuck with a fork.
Step 6
Top baked potatoes with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
